Why so tense?

Okay, first things first - relax your shoulders.

Cool, if they just dropped a few centimetres, you are apart of club made of stressed people and desk workers.

If you are apart of this group of people, I would suggest that you invest in a foam roller, a massage ball and a resistance band. It’s probably time you relax and stretch out your upper trapezius as well as start strengthening your lower trapezius, back, glutes and core.

So, make sure to check in with your body throughout the day and notice what it’s doing - what may be accepted as normal may not necessarily be what’s best. Get reacquainted with your body and don’t ignore it’s warning signs.

Now, go have some fun and use your muscles for exactly what they were designed to.
