To hunt like a Tiger of a Wolf?

Success rates aside - we have to be ready to attack life in both a team and independently.

Most people will sort themselves into a singular category - great in teams (Wolf) or great independently (Tiger). I stress you to find out which category you place box yourself into, and then start figuring out how you can up skill in the other. The best part of being a human is that we can practice doing both.

The tiger hunts alone, extremely territorial and silent in it’s approach - Alone, concentrated, using stealth, patience and finesse, it’s pure single mindedness in it’s approach makes it lethal before it has even acted.

The wolf hunts in packs, constantly on the move, using hierarchy and apprenticeship to it’s strength - Communication, tactics, managing change, sharing, teaching and enduring are central to the groups survival and growth.

Take the strengths of each and you expand your abilities - yes, working alone gives you flexibility, agility and absolute laser beam focus, but working in groups forces you to strengthen your skill set by sharing, trusting and developing new ideas, approaches and solutions.

So, what does your next challenge require of you? The approach of the tiger, or the wolf?
