Environment

Our environment is our first point of connection with the rest of the world.

Developing our immediate environment into one that is everything we need it to be, when we need it to be is a difficult task, but we can improve things on a daily basis. Expand your mind and consider the following questions (Just be mindful, this is not limited to houses, but your daily environments in general).

First things first, take note of the people within your environment - how do they make you feel? We share living spaces and humans are dynamic - acknowledge how they impact you.

Secondly - Is there anywhere within your daily living spaces that inspires you, or inspires creativity? Having the space to reflect, plan and find inspiration is one of more value than most people want to admit - this could even be a space outside, a cafe that you visit.

Thirdly - Calm & relaxation, is there anywhere you can go to in order to escape the noise and find some salvation? Anywhere that you can let the dust of the day settle? Our days can be difficult, so finding a way to make sorting through thoughts and feelings easier is important.

Fourthly - Nature & beauty, do you have a space or place that simply lets you experience beauty? Or, somewhere that you can experience nature in it’s most beautiful (To you) state possible?

These questions are worth routinely asking yourself every now and again. Taking the time to reflect can lead to new ideas and better opportunities that we simply have not had the time to acknowledge or act on during our normal schedules.

Your environment has an impact on you, recognise it and experiment with it.
