A break, a schedule and a plan walk into a bar..

After some wins and losses, I was running thin and I didn’t even know it.

To program a new reality, I had to break the current day to day and design a schedule that allowed me to thrive, not simply survive. A quick getaway to get in touch with nature, reflect on my life and goals and simply let the dust settle from such a busy rush was much needed.

This blog is apart of something bigger than it seems - it is a chance to see if my words have any value for anyone, a chance to see if I can inspire change, reflection and critical thinking, an opportunity to begin the next step in making the world a little bit brighter.

So, here is to what comes next and, to hopefully, a better, healthier routine.
