We are all on our time lines and our own paths. We can’t force people to see what we see.

We can’t force development, change, understanding.. the list goes on.

Just be you, keep developing, keep sharpening, keep strengthening, keep learning, keep challenging. If you stay honest, incrementally improve, then people will enter your life, so will opportunities. Keep aligned with what is in your head, heart and gut - you will make choices and they will define you, shape you. Good or bad, you are in the drivers seat and have to own it.

So, where are you? Take that question as you wish, but I would recommend that you record your answer. Come back to the same question in 6 or 12 months time and give your honest answer - you will wee where you were at that point in life, and maybe, just maybe, get a better glimpse of where you are going.
