Learning how to live like the Europeans

Don’t make things too serious or too competitive, it doesn’t make the experience any better or more pleasurable.

We have to work for a VERY long time so don’t go hard EVERY single day.

Late starts and rests work for humans - it gives us time to start our days happier and healthier as well as find a second wind.

Using a Vespa may just be the best form of transport on the planet.

Less rules = more people finding the average ‘normal’ which keeps things safer.

Being open makes you happier and calmer.

Make time for the arts, it’s the only reason humanity has anything positive in it’s history. That includes all things that have been made an ‘art form’.

Be loud and proud, you are who you are! But don’t push the way that you live onto others, if they are interested and want to learn more then give them the space and opportunity to talk and ask.

The more global things get, the less character the world has.

Respect your elders and involve them, they are an integral part of our communities and societies.

Get in touch with nature and spend time in shared public spaces.

Make travel normal and apart of your life, not just a singular occurrence every so often.

The connections you make with others show the worth of you as an individual.

Homes are a base for rest, peace, storage etc. They don’t have to be a crazy expensive, luxurious or mansion for us to be happy. A smaller house (Generally) means less maintenance, less repayments/rent and limitations to what you can store in it, which means that each purchase needs to be considered and meaningful.
