It’s all about being in the present.
The future is appealing and the past is tempting.
When days are so fast paced, any many of us aren’t living the life we wish, it is easy to get caught up in the dreams and desires that we place in the future. Similarly, it is easy to get caught up in the past, nostalgia and seek comfort that limits our development.
When doing this, we aren’t letting the current moment sink in. We don’t acknowledge what we are currently feeling or experiencing. We end up limiting what we could implement in the very moment to make a positive change. We limit what we can learn and understand about ourselves and the effect of the current situation on our development.
Attract the future by letting it play in your subconscious. Don’t make it active, just let it simmer in the back of your mind like a nonnas pasta sauce - concentrating until it is absolutely perfect. All you need to do, each and everyday, is fully experience just what today gives you, brings you and makes you.
Don’t leave yourself on autopilot, get behind the wheel and soak up all of the bumps - you’ll become a better driver every single day.
