A chapter a day

Reading is one of those daily activities that I never got enough time to do throughout my university degrees. Although I did a lot of reading, being forced to read content for a course is very different to enjoying a book or learning about something you are truly interested in.

I have reading lists to get through and, similarly to a workout where getting to the gym is actually the hardest part, making the time to open the book in the first place is something I am trying to do on a regular basis.

I have always been fascinated with Bill Gates’ think weeks that he takes twice per year. An escape from both technology and society itself - living in a cabin in the woods with nothing to do but read. I would like to do this for myself, in the future, but for now a chapter a day will do.
